Deal Guard runs in your browser. Open a lead and hit Verify parcel to pull the live county assessor record — real owner of record, APN, lot size and assessed value — which clears the “no parcel” stop and flags wrong APNs, sold/estate owners and absentee owners.
Live counties today: Fulton (GA) and Duval (FL); others report honestly until wired. Needs the Novanest service running · set verify API URL.
